A WARNING!!!

A WARNING!!!
I pulled this outfit from the Google recommended shopping sites - I would recommend Google to review their status.

My order was more than 2 weeks overdue - even allowing for their estimated Covid delay: there has been no follow up mail explaining why from them... Very difficult to get through on either sales or customer service phone lines... phone just rings and rings....

There is no acknowledgment of emails sent in query from their 'contact us' page... no way of knowing if you are in their system... they should get their web designer onto that... it's fixable - otherwise maybe use your email "request receipt on delivery" button

I eventually got through by ringing from 08h30 and spoke to a calm, friendly young guy ( he's probably the staff at the moment) who said my item was listed as out for delivery next day with DPD - and it duly arrived...
I'm happy with it - there were a couple of moments during the self assembly when I was dreading having to return it...
But I don't plan to be back...

They are a clearing house/distributor and at the end of a whole heap of manufacturer Covid delays, I appreciate it's difficult times, but Customer liaison is paramount and if you want to hang on to your customers, keep us in the loop.
I now see that almost all their reviews are negative...

The lesson is READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS.
