Scam alert! Big mistake ever!

Scam alert! Big mistake ever!
I called John Moore and got the John to the backside.
First technician (Jason) came by and said that my pan is dry, but my blower and motor on the inside unit is out and gave me an estimate of $1600.00. I said I would wait and seek a second opinion, so he quickly lowered to $1400.00 (red flag). He also gave me a quote to replace the inside and outside unit for $13,000.00.
The next day, a second technician (Mire) arrive to do the work, but left after he arrive to go "pick up" the parts which took 4 hrs from 10am -2pm. After he finished there was a trail of metal debris from the inside attic ladder to my first floor. He didn't bother to clean up his mess. I have to clean it up.
Right after the work completed (first day), there was water overflowing to my outside roof. I reported this to their customer service when she called for a follow up and she said that she will send someone else out to fix the problem free of charges.
Next day, Jason called me and said that it sound like I have a clog line and that they didn't do anything to the drain line, this is the same guy that said my pan was dry when he first inspected it. So, he said that he can come by and "remedy the problem" but it will be a charge. I told him no thanks and I will call and pay RAS to come and fix what John Moore created. Never heard from John Moore and their representatives ever again after that.
I will NEVER, EVER use John Moore again even if it free.
