Charles Kellermann Review of Minneapolis Public Library
As far as having everything a library should have,...
As far as having everything a library should have, I can safely call this library the most complete that I have ever been to. Four floors of books, cds, computers and special collections. Unfortunately, the place is severely bogged down with masses of homeless people, who seem to wait around outside the building until it opens, take all the computers when it does, and do YouTube all day until it is time to head back to the shelter. And please don't get me started on the bathrooms. The upper levels are chronically occupied and the lower floor restroom, much larger, is to the point that it requires a security camera. Enough said.
