I am a very satisfied Bunq customer. I discovered the new bank through a newsletter article from the Consumers' Association. Immediately after reading it, I download the application and create a free account. Of course, just like with other banks, they have to confirm your identity. This happened within 30 minutes.

Bunq was still in its infancy at that time, but has grown considerably and can now go for a larger size. The customer service (live chat) responds within one minute and that also on Sunday and evenings. They are friendly and helpful. They answer your questions.
