Absolutely terrible service - nothing like simple ...

Absolutely terrible service - nothing like simple hi, how can I help you? ... I asked for a visa pic and paid upfront. When I came back the guy gave me the pic and I asked if I could have a digital copy as well. The guy told me that I had to ask before otherwise he gotta charge me $10 for the digital copy now, but if I asked before he would charge me only $4. If he was at least a little interested in helping customers I believe he would tell me this info upfront. So that I won t waste my time over their inexperienced, impolite and extremely slow service!!! I will never come back and I don t recommend others to come around
