Came in because my truck needed the DEF system serviced. Was quoted $3500 to replace the DEF pump. I decided to wait until I could afford it. When I got home, I looked under the truck. You could see where the LHMiller technician let all the DEF out and pour all over the under carriage. DEF fluid is extremely corrosive, they didn't even rinse it off. Not good for the truck. The lock ring on the pump was also bent, making the removal difficult. I was eventually able to remove it. The screws on the injector were also replaced and only hand tight, I was able to remove it without any tools. Not very encouraging work from a dealership .

In the end, I was able to order the part on line. I was quoted $1800 for the pump alone at LHM. I got it online, genuine Mopar part, for under $750, and once it was delivered, had my truck repaired in under 30 minutes. Thanks LH Miller...but no thanks.
