POOR WEBSITE! POOR ASSISTANCE...

POOR WEBSITE! POOR ASSISTANCE...

Spent 1 and a half hours trying to get on the site to buy tickets. After being told by 2 of their staff that "everyone is in the same position and unable to get on the site". Constantly refreshing between 9:30 and 11am, 11am it finally works again... but to then be greeted with the message all tickets have been sold.
I then complain and am told all tickets were sold at 10:30... how is this possible if the site was "down for maintenance" at this point!
Not happy at all, and they haven't tried to help me at all.
