Review of RAM Precision

I went to my interview at Ram precision industries...

I went to my interview at Ram precision industries for a Mill/turn setup position. I got an offer 30 mins after leaving and accepted the job. I worked the first week asking questions about parts and machines as much as I could, lucky if I ever got more than a yes or no for an answer. The 4th day there I setup and ran a part asking a few questions along the way but did majority of it myself. My 7th day at that job I got fired because I was told I act like I know everything and wasn t a good fit. I m confident in what I know but I was never once arrogant or ever acted like I know everything. The guys I was training with didn t really explain anything if I didn t ask. I always did my job and everything that was asked of me, working towards getting my own machine so I could show them I can follow setup sheets and do the job I was offered. I feel I was lied too and treated unfair in a very short period of time. I would not recommend this employer to anyone.
