Sadly, this was the worst experience we've had here... It seemed under staffed and not well trained. We were ignored, orders were wrong, drinks weren't refilled when asked several times and the wait time was excessive even for a Friday night. The manager did comp my daughters' meal but that's not really a solution to all the issues we experienced. I've had the best and now the worst experiences at the same place within 90 days. I hope this is a one-off but the sheer number of things that were wrong tonight leads me to believe otherwise. I'm not sure I'm willing to try this again.
