Maybe this is nicer than UNM, honestly I have no idea. But please keep in mind I've never written an online review before. In light of my first year at NMSU I am. As the other reviews state there really are some great people at NMSU. My problem was however registering for classes, incredibly unprepared professors (some of whom would assign things then not give you what is needed and you get the bad marks for that) (ignoring emails, hands raised, office visits) (ignoring students trying to join their class), unfortunately a bad advisor although I had friends with good ones among many other daily occurrences that changed my happy to be there view to wishing I had my money back. Now they started online classes due to COVID and have completely dumped all responsibilities on their students. I understand this is a confusing time for NMSU as well but thats not my problem get your act together. If you're a high-school senior reading this I'd go to CNM, UNM or out of state if that is an option. I think it'd also be responsible for NMSU to return the money of their students in Spring 2020.
