I requested the store to add a back-up camera to my old Hyundai, and they were very patient, as I had a lot of questions and wasn't quite sure what I wanted at first. The experience of going into the store was very good, they brought out 3 different camera options to my car to see what we preferred. There was one minor blip where I was confused by the pricing as I had expected a lower price based on my prior quotes by phone call. The manager called the sales person that I spoke to who clarified the issue, basically I was given 2 separate quotes initially instead of a total quote. My one suggestion is that they might offer e-mailing written quotes to future customers who have set an appointment. I should also add that they ended up charging less than the quoted price, as they initially allocated 2.75 hours but only used 2.5, so I appreciated their honesty about that. I settled on the larger clip-on mirror back-up camera and it's working well. All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend them.
