I have stayed with you many times as I have family in the USA. The staff are always very accommodating and professional with good personalities. I love to stay at the Sofitel before and after my flights as I live in Harrogate in the North of England and my flight is just too long to get from the North to London and on to the States all in one day I now so enjoy my nights at the Sofitel and really look forward to my overnights.
