Very disappointed in this dealership i bought a 2014 silverado with 50,000 miles roughly and no where on there pre inspection checklist did it say that theres a rough idle and the truck shakes they had the truck for 2.5 weeks and they replaced 1 rim did a throttle body cleaning and fuel system cleaning they called me to come get the truck come to find out when i get there the driveshaft is bad and they have no idea why the idle is rough they couldnt replace the driveshaft because gm is on strike so they gave it back to me and said it was perfectly safe i cant even drive the truck the shaking is so bad it throws my back out

Update: its friday nov 1st been a week since the strike was over i called chevy they have no information on my truck being there i was promised a call on Monday with an update and ive yet to get one i txt the salesman and he says to call the used car manager anton but it seems everytime i call him he doesn't answer his phone and ive never gotten a single return call any of the times ive called and left msgs he didnt even have the decency to talk to me last time i went in it seems like nothing in this whole process has to be easy just to keep playing phone tag the only time i seem to get any real results is when i go down there
