Nice place for a few days stay or at least a night...

Nice place for a few days stay or at least a nights stay .
A little disorganized when we arrived but a apology was forth coming . Nice environment with beautiful grounds . You are encouraged to use the dressing gowns provided to wear around the establishment.
We had a nights stay with use of main facilities and an extra afternoon tea with prosecco.
If I was being picky I dont think the afternoon tea was amazing value with 1x cucumber sandwich 1x ham sandwich 1x salmon & 1x egg , finger buffet size and a selection of small cakes . However all tasted nice .
The pool and facilities where ok & staff cleaning all the time we was using & bringing out clean towels . The spa reception I found to be abit unresponsive & didn't feel they wanted to communicate especially as we didn't know the format. Other staff in the building where polite & more helpful.
