Had a great first car buying experience here! Brian was so patient, kind and informative. I really appreciate how low pressure (compared to other dealers) they remained throughout the process. Eric, the manager, was courteous as well and worked with me to get an agreeable price. He even allowed me to take the car overnight, before signing. That turned into a bit of an ordeal (my fault), but they didn't lose their cool. After shopping around, I ended up signing with them on a very low mileage Ford Focus Titanium. Superb customer service!
