The courts have made several mistakes in my case resulting in it being struck out, i feel very badly let down by the court, it would put me off even bothering to seek justice in future. this is not justice then, the court system is broken - i took a thief to court, who had stolen from me online via ebay, and guess what, she obviously knows how to play a court, what an absolute shambles, now she thinks she can open false claims and get her money and keep the goods, internet fraud, and the courts are sanctioning it.
