If there was a way to post 0 stars I would because that is what my experience has been. A complete ZERO! After 5 weeks still no refund credited back to my checking account! Requested a refund of $575 for a range and after 15+ phone calls I am getting the run around from "oh we do not have a manager to speak with" to "rest assured we are taking care of things". Then after I asked to speak with a manager, or have the name of one the CSR stated, "oh we are not allowed to give out anyone's name. Again they "reassured me someone would call me this time since I was on hold again....for over 10 minutes. That was yesterday, no call back so I called again today. This time they stated "a manager will contact you within 24 hours". Again after so many calls, still no credit to my bank (which I had to visit my bank 2 times in person and check my account daily), and still NO CREDIT! In my book this is theft! I will NEVER deal with SEARS EVER again! I could never trust them after what they have promised and not delivered. This is like dealing with a total scam of a business transaction. I am going to News 12 on your side if this cannot be resolved by the end of this week. They also said there is no way to cut me a check. Really? So you are a business that can only issue a credit back to my account, but oh wait....you cannot seem to do that either so how else am I going to get my money back? My profession deals with customer service and experiences, and I have NEVER dealt with such a negative experience. This has been an awful situation. To me after 5 weeks of this, and still no resolution, Sears is telling me "we do not care about our customers"! I hate lawsuits, but I wish so much Sears would face formal charges for the stunts they are pulling with their customers!!!!
