If you're not going for the pool or food, give yourself some time to explore. It's a museum and winery all in one, and if you like Coppola's films, explore the whole estate! I didn't visit the restaurants or pool, but the main winery had two bars with a selection of wines, beers, mixed drinks and pop for those who tag along!
