For my mother's 55th birthday we stayed in the hotel from 8/29-9/2. Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the SugarFactory & the Hardrock Cafe which is on premises and the service was outstanding. We ordered breakfast in bed almost everyday from in-room dining. In-room dining is prepared by the Rise Kitchen & Bakery and it is delicious. We booked a Deluxe Room 2 queen beds overlooking the pools and the view is very beautiful. Being able to see all 3 pools lit up at night is wonderful.
If you are concerned about the sanitation due to COVID, upon entry the hotel does a digital temperature check & provides mask if you do not have one. The casino floor is regularly sanitized and cleaned. Definitely recommend!
