Excellent quality of work and service. The 3rd party insurance company selected 4th Dimension and I found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They sorted me a courtesy bike and delivered / collected at a time suitable to my circumstances (very early in the morning). The work was superb, my bike is like new - and a really good valet to boot! The only minor criticism was the time it took to complete the job, but this was not their fault as there were delays in getting a couple of parts so I am not marking them down for that. excellent all round from start to finish.
