very friendly staff, the booking in process to see russell howard was very smooth and we were regularly kept up to date on the progress by staff, they managed to get everyone in which they cannot guarantee, so we were grateful for this (as we did arrive towards the back of the queue) would highly recommend people to have a look at seeing live recordings, made a great evening for me and the girlfriend especially being opposite the west field shopping centre
