Ruined our last meal in London and the last meal of 2013! I used to go all the time a few years back but this will be my last.. for sure. We ordered water, beers and then food. We got (after a long wait) food , water and at the end of our meal.. beers!! The waitress was annoyed to be reminded of our order even though we clearly been forgotten. One dish had a hair in it! That was the final straw. The manager would surely like some feedback and take action? Nope. The manager, Nubia, came at a leasurly pace, was irritated to be disturbed and did not see anything wrong. No action was taken or gesture was offered. I would not recommend this place and will not go again.
