Went in for an oil change on Saturday and they told me it would be another 10 mins and it was being washed. It took an extra 45 mins with no apology. Should have given a realistic update. Then I woke up to go to work on Tuesday and my car would not start. Turns out I had a bad battery. The battery was checked on Saturday when I was in and they said it was good and in good condition according to the report. Emailed the service agent at the same time and still have not heard back. Very frustrated and disappointed in the service.
