This review is mostly from a plant-based diet perspective. I attended this resort as part of a business conference. They knew ahead of time that I was vegan as my company asked us to submit dietary restrictions. All the lunch and dinner options were wonderful. I don t think they had to accommodate for me too much because they already had plenty of salads and fruits and quinoa and cous cous and vegetables. I had no problems. Now - the dinner they offered us - there was no menu. Everyone got the same exact meal. Except for me. The brought out a slab of grilled tofu with very little quinoa and veggies on the side. I left the tofu there because it had no taste. I would ve rather had a larger helping of veggies and quinoa or a completely different plant-based dinner. I can tell the chef has no idea how to cook for a vegan and their repertoire is 1 dish deep.

The only other reason I took a star off is the pool around noon on a Friday is packed with people holding alcohol. I know this is funny, but I would ve liked to SWIM around that time, but I would ve bumped into people every half second.

Their service and amenities are great. Vegan or plant-based dinner options are pathetic. At least when you re part of a conference and can t pick your restaurant and menu.
