Me and my wife had the worst experience ever with the staff. They were very rude and unhelpful. We will not be going back there to be disrespected by their staff. They were misleading with a $300 bundle pack and was rude when I tried to bring it back. I wasn't trying to get money back but after the rude service I was not going to spend more time and money. I exchanged for a $250 PlayStation and wanted the rest back in cash. Not unreasonable given the circumstances. They treated me like I was ignorant. They were condescending and arrogant. I will never be back.
