Stayed 27 December 2019. When we arrived, my sister had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to be able to check in. The funny thing is, once a guest arrives while waiting to check in, LG gets a room. In the lobby table there is a manager on duty, but no one knows who. And it doesn't help either. My sister protested loudly and finally got a room. Even then, it doesn't match the order, which should be given a single king bed double bed. We then rushed to accept the room because we were tired of wanting to rest.
Arriving at the room, the sheets and bed cover looked dirty and finally after the new complaint was replaced. That makes us have to wait a long time to rest.
The breakfast is also not worth it at that price.

For hotel management, this complaint is not to slander but input in order to improve in the future to serve consumers.
