I made three visits to the store,which is observing covid rules,which is great,but the store phone number is straight to voice mai,l and no way of reaching anyone..At last a security guard gave me a new number,which I had to wait on a return call to retrieve my items. This has been a purchase I made in November, and it has taken til today to get these items.Not happy with the service.Hopefully,the next person has a better experience..There is a really urgent need to fix the problems there..It makes it hard to be financially supportive of HBCU.This phone system needs to be addressed immediately.
