I recently purchased a 2018 Prius from Magnussen Toyota with the help of the salesman Kai Zhu. I had bought a Prius from him in 2015 and found his knowledgeable, no pressure sales tactic to be just what I needed. This time I wanted to give the 2015 Prius to my daughter's family and buy a new one with up to date safety features for myself. Once again he helped me to research the alternatives and to refine my decision making. Once I knew what I wanted in terms of color, model and features, Kai let me know when one would arrive at Magnussen's. There was never any pressure to purchase a different car. The purchase price was the lowest amongst those quoted by other dealers in the area. Now that I have the car, I can count on receiving patient and informed instruction from Kai Zhu on all the features.
