We have been working with this for about 9 months, and are honestly not very happy with the system at this point. It was supposed to make everything quicker and easier, and this is simply not always the case. Frankly, it seems a little redundant having to push multiple buttons to do a simple task. It is just not user friendly as what we had hoped it would be...and what we were told. It is quite expensive, and honestly, we don't feel like we are getting our money's worth at the moment. It should not take 30 minutes to send a few emails! It really seems like this is a system with mid-90s technology that has just been added to and added to until it is difficult to use. Futhermore, you have to pay for everything. In quickbooks, you pay one lump fee and get multiple users and its online and can be accessed anywhere from any device, but in RealGreen you have it on one computer, unless you pay for each individual user on one computer. ARE WE MISSING SOMETHING?
