Fabulous hotel. Beautiful landmark that delivers in quality, comfort and customer service. I want to thank Guest Relations Manager, Travis Howard for contacting me in advance to see if I needed anything prior to my arrival. BTW, the Ambassador has the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever slept on. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and had the most delicious meal at Booth One. They even brought me a complimentary wedge of cheesecake! Then, I get back to the room to find a bottle of champagne on ice. This will now be my "go to" hotel whenever I come to Chicago.
