The absolute worst power company that I've ever ha...

The absolute worst power company that I've ever had to deal with. Recently, their auto pay system failed to charge my credit card for my monthly $40 bill. They then tried to charge me an exorbitant $150 late charge fee. Then their customer support had the balls to actually yell at me on the phone, accusing me of being late on my payment. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, avoid this power company at all costs.
