Excellent experience from start to finish. We visited Peacock Hyundai to conduct a test drive of the Santa Fe and explained we were not looking to purchase that day, and did not want a hard sell experience. Jessie Wright was fantastic! He quickly identified the trim level that would fit our needs and budget and set up the test drive. We then left. Jesse later contacted us about a potentially great deal on a higher trim 2020 model. He provided pictures and all relevant information, as well as a no-haggle bottom-line price. Our experience to finalize the deal went just as smoothly. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with Peacock Hyundai, their GM, Finance Manager and salesman. At every step, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism, and never pressured. In the end, we received a great deal and are beyond pleased. Thank you Jessie and team!
