I have bought 3 bikes for my family from Revolution Cycle. My last Scott bike the (MSRP*) was over $3000, I will include a picture of the great cable/line management.
I understand the challenges due to COVID. So therein lies the problem. Revolution will not take service phone calls. instead, you are asked to send your question in an email to store@revolutioncycle.com
They claim to have a 1 business day response time. I'm currently past 6 weeks with no response to my multiple emails. My question is easy since it's about the service work that needs to be done. I have also tried with a different email account with the simplest of bike questions and zero response from Revolution. Adding to that, on two separate occasions I brought my wife's and mine bikes in. Just to be turned away. I was told that my ageing 2014 and 2015 bikes didn't need any servicing. My time is worth something, so is yours. If you can't speak with anyone on the phone, and you can't have your emails answered. If you get turned away when you want to pay for bike maintenance? I am at a loss here.

Update Sep 11/20
I have resent my emails as the on-line support requested, I am still waiting for a response.

Update Sep 13/20
Not sure why my emails to store@revolutioncycle.com have not been responded to. My email is the same as the review. I did call but got the voicemail for online ordering. I will call the next business day

Update Sep 14/20

No Callback...

I changed my review from a 1 star to a 4 star, since I don't normally do reviews. I wish I could delete my experience and this review. I honestly had loyalty to Revolution Cycle since I grew up close by. Also I wanted to support Revolution since they bring a good vibe to that part of the city.
Tonight I called a competitor bike shop and had all my questions answered within 5 mins. and I'm booked for service.
