Horrible. I don't know when insurance companies like State Farm are going to wake up and realize that when the dispatch repeatedly lies to you and tells you "10-15 minutes" for nearly three hours, it looks bad on the insurance company. They were horrendous to deal with over the phone, they have a proclivity to clearly lie, and they are completely and utterly unhelpful.
