Someone hit my car when my car was parking lot.
My car bumper was dented.
Estemaite at Mckinney Toyota was 2-3days to fix.
But, I bought car Richardson so I fix car there.
It was 10/08/2019 and now 9th days so far.
Advisor work too slow ...i call,call,calld he just told me yesterday around 5pm. And later this afternoon to fix.
But still no call.
I don't know why???
Maybe want to charge more money??? I had 2 estemaite price let me check later...
Insurance will pay that but so bad experience.

I really want to drive my car not rent car anymore!!!

Plz, fix my car correctly I am so sad for Toyota company. I think no more buy car of there.
