We are a UK based financial institution, we had a serious problem with a Maltese acquirer who were holding a substantial amount of our funds without any reason for more than a year. As we are based in UK, it was difficult for us to chase the company. We decided to take assistance from Chetcuti Cauchi to get our money back. Dr. Sonia Vancell dealt with the case very efficiently and finally after a long time we got our money back. We had a very bad impression on Maltese companies due to the unethical business policy of the acquirer but Chetcuti Cauchi changed our impression.
