BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN A GREAT LOCATION ....However, staff not very reliable.we had 1 chair on our balcony with 2 cushions. We called to ask for the 2nd chair they said sure , send it right up.....NEVER RECEIVED the chair ....all weekend! Desk manager "Christopher" I think was his name that said he would make certain we got the chair .....not even a call back about the chair. Not a word...I was celebrating my 1 year anniversary since chemo and my bff's bday....so we just let it Go!
