We would like to share our experiences here for your future reference.
We called this company because we used to use their service and products before but me and my assistant had terribly poor service. The scheduler and sales assistant staffs were very unprofessional and wasted our time for two days consecutively. They irresponsibly messed up with our service appointments and no confirmation calls and called wrong number and accused us like we provided our info incorrectly. They have a good quality products however they really need a better staff training and improve the customer services and relations. We decided to use a different company this time. Hope this info helps you to save time.
