Awful experience both arriving and departing using this company. When we landed the online prompt told us to let the company know we had arrived and that we'd then receive an additional message with instructions telling us where to meet the driver. We never got anything. So we searched all over the airport ground transportation area and luckily found the van just before the driver left. On the shuttle itself, there was not enough space for everyone and my mother ended up sitting on what was essentially half a seat with hard metal bars sticking out of it. The driver was pretty apathetic about his regard for safe driving and interaction with passengers was non existent. For our pickup yo the airport on our departure we called the company to confirm our reservation. First of all we were on hold for over 20 minutes and then the gentleman who answered couldn't have been ruder. He clearly couldn't wait to hang up the phone and had zero customer service skill. Avoid this company.
