Just got a Rav4 from Richard Norman and have to say the experience couldn't have been better. He made sure we had the vehicle that was right for us, and when we were ready to buy he had all the paperwork ready. He stayed late to make sure we were happy and everyone involved in the process was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Tansky and Richard!
