The service is horrible! I have had to go more than 10 times to deposit and collect some documents because the staff does not know how to identify all the errors I may have at once. Every time I go, they return them to me for a different mistake. It is an expense of money, time, fuel and others. They don't know how to do their job well and waste their customers' time.
