Without a doubt, the Reebok Gym in Canary Wharf is by far, the most well kept and superbly facilitated Health and Fitness center in London. Their equipment is the most current on the market and their staff are all friendly, passionate with what they do, approachable and best of all, they lead by example which is Very motivating !!

I work in Canary wharf and so it's only short distance from the office which makes getting there regularly a lot easier.

Their classes are phenomenal and certainly cater for everyone whatever stage you are at in your fitness journey. The timings of the classes are also catered for everyone and so there are no excuses not to hit afew classes per week. They combine getting fit with a sense of fun and they don't leave you in the corner of the studio to fight through it yourself !! They keep you engaged and help you along which makes you leave the room feeling accomplished and sweaty !!

Memberships are pretty flexible and you are not tied into lengthy contracts which is great especially as people's jobs can be pretty dynamic in terms of location. The membership freezing process is very fair and straight forward.

I needed a level of flexibility over the past few months and spoke with one of the managers over there, Scott Carr who was excellent as he really took the time to understand my situation and made things easy for me by putting together a plan that worked for me.

Scott was actually recommended to me by one of the Managing Directors at the firm I work for and he got me signed up and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. Reebok really makes the experience quite personal and tailored to your goals and Scott played a big part in this.

If you are considering joining and just want some more info and possibly a tour of the gym then Scott would definitely be the right guy to speak to.

Whilst it's not as cheap as a high street chain fitness centre, it's not far off and certainly fair for what they provide and also the exceptional standard that is consistently maintained.

The gym is soon coming to the end of a major Refurb program which I'm very excited about as it will make this gym even more amazing than it already is !!! I was previously a member of the David lloyds leisure centre in Finchley and find the standards far more superior at Reebok.
