Staff do what it can ... ie not great things, endless waiting, installation for degraded patients, unsuitable equipment, careful caring communication a sweet dream, pity !! What if this is the end of a life ... I hope to die at home !!! I would like to clarify anyway!
Today's hospital has become a management center where we manage flows of people, no time for empathy, respect, and the rest ....
I speak EVIDELY, of the hospitable machinery with its budget prohibitions ..
Fortunately I met RARE staff full of humanity, desires, not counting their time and effort ..... never forget that the hospital today will be ours tomorrow .. .
So gentlemen and ladies politicians stop looking at your belly button .......
Get closer to the staff and patients who have ideas for the hospital
