A word of warning. We had timed tickets for entry ...

A word of warning. We had timed tickets for entry between 11 and 11.30am, even though we arrived around 11.10am we still had to queue for 1 1/2 hours to gain entry to the site. Due to Covid-19 a lot of the park was out of bounds including the giraffes and the big cats. I believe we were still charged the usual admission rates.
