Ralph Johnston and Darby Franklin were terrible examples of what probably could be a great service offered by this company. They came into a company to train employees and ended up as part of a big bullying, gossip ring. Darby seemed to be at the helm and Ralph right there in the mix. Darby behaved as an immature snot and troublemaker with major room for growth and Ralph was sadly no different. I would not recommend them personally, however there were others in their group that were extremely professional, Mike being one of them. If you re thinking about doing business with this company, I d suggest strongly vetting their team beforehand.
