Had a service appointment (not a drop off) at 11am for just a tire rotation and inspection with fluid top off. Car wasn t ready until 3pm. They told me it s because I didn t stay and wait the whole time. When you schedule an appointment you shouldn t have to wait that long and put others who don t have an appointment/later appointment before that person just because they decided to grab lunch instead of waiting in the dealership. Next time I ll just say I m staying even if I don t. Lesson learned. Price was also $7 higher than I was told when booking online. I was so ready to go home I didn t feel like waiting to talk to someone, but glad I got this email reminder to leave a review.
