It s ridiculous how this place treats you when you...

It s ridiculous how this place treats you when your purchasing a vehicle as to when you come in and treat your car to a service. They have no respect, no empathy and no manners. They make you wait a period of time before they ask if you need help and they don t greet you as you walk in. After asking how long my service would be (estimated 3+ Hrs) they called me after I had just left (30 minutes total) to say it was ready, left me thinking if they even did what they were suppose to do. I go back clearly from the other side of town to see my vehicle in the same condition from the outside after I politely asked if they could run it through the wash which is NOT hard to do. Going back in it took me nearly 10 minutes to get anyone to speak to me and get me heading out. I head to my vehicle only to find the door handle ripped off and placed back on by just making it look like it s intact. I go back with the handle in hand to have them say Well it wasn t us . Not only did they not take the blame but refused to fix it or at least try to, I had to go out of my way to schedule another appointment for the inconvenience only to say they could not repair the door. They had the service manager Ivan speak to me and of surprise had the same nasty attitude and sarcasm as his staff below him (Jesus Gutierrez). Please don t waist your time or money on these people because they clearly don t know what great customer service is. After purchasing two vehicles from here (Back when they cared about the customers satisfaction) I will never give my business to them again.
