I have a big box golf store only 20 minutes from me however, I decided to make the one hour drive to West Georgia Golf to see Billy. I am so glad I did. During this busy time of golf season Billy took time out of his busy schedule to fit me for a new set of clubs. I have been out of golf for about 5 years, Billy asked all the right questions before putting a club in my hand. After hitting a number of shots, Billy was able to expertly put the right club with the right shaft, the right length and right club head with correct lie in my hands.

He was extremely professional, very honest and provided me with extremely helpful feedback on clubs and my swing. What I truly appreciated and respected was he didn t try to upsell me on just the higher priced brands or clubs I wouldn t use. He talked to me about the clubs he thought would be best for me to use and not try to sell me a whole big set that would have cost me a lot of additional money with clubs I probably wouldn t even use.

At age 65 my days of hitting a 2 iron are long gone( not speaking for everyone just me). I want to enjoy the game and the process just as much as I did before my lay off and Billy was able to outfit me with clubs that will not only be the best fit for me but will give me the confidence and comfortable feeling that I can still enjoy the game as I always have. His pricing is more than competitive with all the other stores I have checked. What I appreciated equally about Billy and West Georgia Golf aside from great pricing was how thorough he was, his feedback, his willingness to answer all of my questions. He didn t tell me what he thought I wanted to hear he told me the truth unlike many stores do in trying to upsell a customer.

It is truly worth the time and the drive, regardless of how far to see Billy and visit West Georgia Golf, they have a great selection of products from A to Z. There core family values definitely transcends into a great customer service and buying experience. I feel like I ve not only found my go to golf equipment store but that I ve made a friend in a great customer service experience with Billy, and his staff at West Georgia Golf. Thank you Billy
