I do not understand why some people said this is a great place. There is a simple way to avoid all the terrible experience you are going to have here - You just simply go to live another place. There are lots of clever choices for freshman, if you want to live in a pch, you can choose Europa instead of here. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. you are charged one of the highest price on campus and you will get the smallest room, no kitchen, shared bathroom (with 2 or 4, 2 if you pay 20K a year) and free morning calls. What i mean by free morning call is their house keepers. During the year, they will randomly walk into your room without knocking your door. (not for all staff, but the majority, I only know 1 or 2 male stuffs who will actually knock your door and wait for your response when they try to get into your room). And although you pay around 15k for your living here, they will always trying to get another dollar from you. There are something called early arrival fee, late departure fee, spring break stay fee. And they are always more than you expected. oh, I nearly forget the GREAT FOOD here. it is totally a joke, it is great when your first try it, however, you are going to eat mostly the same thing for a whole year. this is especially true for international student. There are lots of great Korean, Chinese, Japaneses, Thai restaurant on green street, you do not want to spend thousands of dollars on Hendrick's cheese pizza. Although this place is such terrible, you can still find some good aspects. First, you will study more often in this place. Because you can not take any friends who did not live here to your room so the only thing you can do is study. second, some staff are nice and kind, like chris and chris.

At last, as this is the longest review here, I expect you to trust me, who lived here for the first year and who will never come back to this place. I want you to trust me not for my benefit but yours.
