I purchased my bridal gown from Savvy, and also we went through them to get groom and groomsmen/usher attire. I had such a wonderful experience with my bridal gown search. The consultant pulled exactly what I was looking for and helped me pick the perfect gown. They stored my gown in the store before I had to take it for alterations and let me come in multiple times to try it on.
Unfortunately, my wonderfully experience stopped with my bridal gown. Working with them for suits was horrible. We were charged too much for the grooms suit over the phone and had to call back to get refunded for the difference, the color of the suits was not what I wanted nor what I was told they d be (comparing to a suit in the store), the grooms suit was ordered in a long so it fit funny and added to alteration costs, but it was too late to make any changes, ushers wanted to rent but were told they couldn t because the bride didn t want that, which was not right and not what was/should ve been noted in our file, and so on. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between their staff members. Ordering suits through Savvy was a hassle and added a lot of stress when it shouldn t have, not only for myself, but our bridal party as well. I would not recommend.
